Challenge of a lifetime for a father and son team, to circumnavigate the globe in their high mileage, high adventure Aston Martin V8 Vantage, fitting it into the holidays.

Crossing 35 countries, experiencing diverse cultures and overcoming obstacles along the way, they aim to raise at least £24,901 (£1 for every mile of the Earth’s circumference) in support of CALM to help fight suicide, the largest killer of men under 50 in the UK.

Since leaving London in February 2023, the team have driven 21,500 miles across 16 countries, recently completing their Australian leg.

Their car, having driven in 33 countries, is believed to be the most well-travelled Aston Martin in the world, and is now on its way to India for the next leg of this global adventure.

125 lives are lost every week in the UK to suicide. CALM (charity reg no 1110621 and SC044347) exists to change this. www.thecalmzone.net

“A passion for cars is predominantly a male pastime, but men also account for 75% of all suicides in the UK. CALM is working to prevent suicides, the largest killer of men under 50 in the U.K., and so the Vantage World Tour will be raising money to support their work.

For many, including ourselves, the car scene provides a distraction from the stresses of everyday life, as well as the chance to meet new people, make new friends and be there for each other. We want as many people as possible to feel part of our adventure.

Please become part of the Vantage World Tour’s Support Crew, and if you wish, make a donation to CALM.”

Meet the drivers.

V8 Vantage “Krosy” already has plenty of stories to tell.

The Aston Martin CEO’s company car, Project 30,000 and the first car to cross the Asia Highway Network, “KR05 YWU” has lived its life to the fullest, with more than 250,000 km now on the clock.

Driving around the world. How hard can it be?!

World events have not made it easy, but we think we have found a route. Only one small problem…at the moment we can’t get back home.
